OMD Insights LLC offers subscription-based access to its platform.

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

2. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable once access to the Service has been provided.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

• Duplicate charges
• Technical issues preventing access

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.
